Expired rewards cannot normally be redeemed.
We are not required to reinstate an expired reward unless required by law or the specific reward terms state otherwise.
13. REWARD ABUSE
We want thedrop rewards to provide genuine value to the community.
You must not attempt to:
• create multiple accounts to obtain rewards;
• manipulate the referral system;
• use fraudulent information;
• repeatedly redeem an offer intended for one-time use;
• exploit technical errors;
• use automated systems to obtain rewards;
• transfer rewards where prohibited; or

Where we reasonably believe that rewards have been obtained through fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms, we may cancel the relevant reward, restrict redemption, suspend the relevant account, or take other reasonable action.
14. THIRD-PARTY OFFERS
Many offers on thedrop may be provided by third-party businesses.
These businesses are responsible for:
• providing the advertised product or service;
• honouring valid offers;
• complying with applicable laws;
• providing their goods or services as described; and
• dealing with issues relating to their products or services.
Third-party offers may be subject to additional terms, including opening hours, availability, booking requirements, minimum spend, age restrictions, product exclusions, location restrictions, cancellation terms and other conditions.
These will be displayed where reasonably possible.
15. CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY OFFERS
Third-party businesses may occasionally change opening hours, availability, stock, prices, services, offer conditions or other aspects of an offer.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Platform current, but we cannot guarantee that third-party information will always be immediately updated.
If you are relying on an offer for a specific journey or experience, you should check the relevant information before travelling or making a purchase.
16. OFFER AVAILABILITY
Offers may be subject to availability.
An offer may become unavailable where:
• stock runs out;
• an event reaches capacity;
• the redemption limit has been reached;
• a partner withdraws the offer;
• the offer period ends; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
Where you have already validly completed a transaction, your statutory rights are not affected.
17. EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES
Some rewards and offers may provide access to events or experiences.
These may be subject to separate event terms.
Additional requirements may include age restrictions, identification, ticket requirements, venue rules, dress codes, capacity limits, booking requirements and behaviour requirements.
The relevant event terms will apply alongside these Offers Terms.
18. COMPETITIONS AND GIVEAWAYS
Competitions and giveaways may have separate terms.
Where a competition is offered through thedrop, the relevant competition terms will specify who can enter, how to enter, the closing date, the prize, how winners are selected, how winners are contacted, any eligibility restrictions and any other applicable conditions.
Where separate competition terms are provided, they will take precedence over these Offers Terms in relation to that competition.
19. REFERRAL REWARDS
Thedrop may introduce referral programmes.
Where applicable, referral rewards may require the referred person to be a new user, the referred person to complete a qualifying action, the referring user to meet eligibility requirements, or other conditions.
Referral activity must be genuine.
You must not spam people, create fake accounts, refer yourself using multiple accounts, purchase referrals, use automated referral systems, or otherwise manipulate the programme.
Specific referral campaigns may contain additional terms.
20. LOCATION-BASED OFFERS
Some offers may be available only in specific locations.
Thedrop may use your location, where you have permitted this, to help identify relevant offers.

You remain responsible for checking the specific terms of the offer before attempting to redeem it.
21. STUDENT OFFERS
Some offers may be exclusively available to students.
Where student verification is required, you may need to provide information confirming your student status.
You must not falsely claim to be a student, use another person's student credentials, share student verification information, or attempt to bypass verification.
Student eligibility may need to be reverified from time to time.
22. OFFERS AND TAX
Unless otherwise stated, users are responsible for any tax consequences arising from rewards or benefits they receive.
Where a reward is subject to tax reporting requirements, we may request additional information where legally necessary.
23. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE
Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers and rewards do not have a cash alternative.
A reward cannot normally be exchanged for cash, exchanged for another reward, sold, transferred, or converted into monetary value.
Where a reward is explicitly described as having a monetary or credit value, the specific terms displayed with that reward will apply.
24. ERRORS
Occasionally, an offer or reward may be displayed incorrectly due to technical errors, human error, incorrect information supplied by a partner, or other circumstances.
Where we reasonably identify a material error, we may correct or withdraw the relevant offer.
We will not deliberately misrepresent the availability or value of an offer.
Nothing in this section affects rights you may have where a legally binding purchase or contract has already been completed.
25. FRAUD AND MISUSE
We take fraud and misuse seriously.
We may investigate suspected fraudulent redemptions, fake accounts, misuse of promotional codes, reward manipulation, identity misuse, automated activity or other abuse.
Where appropriate, we may suspend an account while an investigation takes place.
26. SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL OF REWARDS
We may suspend, cancel or remove rewards where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, technical errors, legal requirements, security concerns, a partner withdrawing a campaign, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where you have already acquired a legally enforceable right to a reward, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove that right.
27. THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY
Where an offer is provided by a third party, the third party is responsible for delivering its product or service.
For example, where a restaurant provides a discount, the restaurant remains responsible for the food and service it provides.
Where thedrop itself provides the relevant product or service, thedrop remains responsible for it in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
28. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
When using an offer or reward, you are responsible for checking the relevant conditions, checking expiry dates, checking eligibility requirements, following redemption instructions, complying with venue or partner rules, and using the benefit honestly.
We recommend checking the details of an offer before travelling to a venue or committing to a purchase.
29. CHANGES TO OFFERS AND REWARDS
We may introduce new offers and rewards and may change or remove existing ones.
Where an offer has not yet been redeemed, it may be withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
Where you have already completed a qualifying purchase or action, we will honour the applicable terms subject to any legal rights or specific conditions.
30. PERSONAL DATA

Examples may include:
• redeeming an offer;
• attending an event;
• engaging with a partner;
• completing an activity;
• participating in a campaign;
• referring another eligible user; or
• other qualifying activity.
The specific requirements for receiving a reward will be displayed within the Platform.
11. REWARD VALUE
The value of each reward will be stated or explained within the relevant promotion.
Rewards may take the form of:
• discounts;
• promotional codes;
• products;
• experiences;
• event access;
• partner benefits;
• credits;

• other non-cash benefits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, redeemed for a different reward, or otherwise converted into monetary value.
12. REWARD EXPIRY
Rewards may have an expiry date.
Where an expiry date applies, it will be displayed when the reward is issued or made available.
Expired rewards cannot normally be redeemed.
We are not required to reinstate an expired reward unless required by law or the specific reward terms state otherwise.
13. REWARD ABUSE
We want thedrop rewards to provide genuine value to the community.
You must not attempt to:
• create multiple accounts to obtain rewards;
• manipulate the referral system;
• use fraudulent information;
• repeatedly redeem an offer intended for one-time use;
• exploit technical errors;
• use automated systems to obtain rewards;
• transfer rewards where prohibited; or
• otherwise manipulate the Platform.
• providing the advertised product or service;
• honouring valid offers;
• complying with applicable laws;
• stock runs out;
• an event reaches capacity;
• the redemption limit has been reached;
• a partner withdraws the offer;
Location-based offers may depend on your current location, participating venues, opening hours, availability or other location-specific conditions.
Information relating to your use of offers and rewards may be processed in accordance with the thedrop Privacy Policy.
This may include information about offers viewed, offers redeemed, rewards received, promotional codes used, events attended, purchases, preferences and interactions with partner campaigns.
We use this information to operate the relevant services, prevent fraud, understand usage and improve thedrop.
We do not sell your personal information.
31. MARKETING
Where you have provided the appropriate consent, your use of offers and rewards may be used to provide relevant marketing communications.
These may include information about similar offers, new rewards, events, experiences, partner opportunities, clothing and other thedrop services.
You can manage your marketing preferences at any time.

33. GOVERNING LAW
These Offers Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to you.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits those rights.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
34. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Offers Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be available through the Platform and will display the date on which it was last updated.
Where changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where appropriate.
